Select Your Current PTAC Setup and Compare with Nextac
Answer these questions to identify your system:
1. Do you hear the compressor stopping and starting every few minutes?
2. Does your unit have "Reverse Cycle", "Heat Pump", or "HP" written on it?
3. Do you have a boiler in your building with pipes in the rooms for heating?
4. When heating, does warm air come out immediately (within seconds) or does it take about 3 minutes?

Why Nextac?
Twin-rotary BLDC inverter-driven heat pump uses significantly less power compared to electric resistance heat. Unlike traditional systems that switch to inefficient electric heating below 40°F, Nextac maintains high efficiency year-round.
Total control of fresh air CFM based on preset options including occupancy, level of CO₂, and time of day. Conditions are based on intended design instead of random events - 100% more efficient, reliable, and compliant.
Nextac's advanced make-up air system provides up to 75 CFM of fully programmable outside air. It incorporates an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) that recovers 80% of the heat from the exhausted air. This heat is then transferred to the incoming fresh air, with the remaining 20% heated by the heat pump.
This system offers a 95% reduction in power consumption compared to PTAC/VTAC units with electric heat. In addition, Nextac's Recovery+™ uses the residual heat or cold to adjust the condenser's temperature, enhancing performance and efficiency.
Nextac automatically cleans dirty coils with no outside intervention required. This maintains 25% better efficiency and eliminates the expensive cost of manual coil cleaning that traditional systems require.
