The Ephoca app gives users full command of Nextac units on Android, iOS, and PC devices. It manages all operating modes, fan speeds, and temperature settings, plus includes a seven-day programmable timer for scheduling. In addition, with this HVAC controls app, multiple units can be grouped and managed together, making it easy to run properties efficiently. Each Nextac unit can connect to multiple users, delivering smarter remote PTAC control for hotels, multifamily, and commercial projects.

Advanced Touchscreen Controller

Moreover, about the size of a standard light switch plate, it can be mounted right next to the light switch for convenience.
